Cory McGee shocked a lot of people when she willed her way into the top three at USA Nationals. The place would earn her a spot on to Team USA and headed to Moscow for the World Championships; however, the slow pace did not meet the standard and she hasn't yet gotten the 4:09.00 1500m that is necessary.
This summer she's already come within a fraction of a second of the mark. Now she continues her quest, battling the European circuit while traveling with her UF friends Amanda Perkins and Gen Lacaze in hopes of eclipsing the mark and joining Team USA in Moscow!
