Trinity Prep was hoping that as the sunset and twilight occured, they could rattle off four races to start the cross country season. Well, half of the Trinity Prep Twilight Invitational took place. The boys and girls junior varsity races finished, but then lightning ended the rest of the night. Trinity Prep's Audra McAnally took the win over Emma Canty in 23:19.70. Timber Creek placed three runners in the top and five in the top sixteen to edge host Trinity Prep for the team title. The Saints completed the individual sweep when brothers Mamush Galloway and Kayamo Galloway went 1-2 in 18:54.90 and 18:56.50 respectively. The home team actually tied Timber Creek with 51 points, but it was the Wolves who won based on their number seven runner.
