The question that has been burning up my inbox for the past two weeks now has an answer: "What race are we in?" Now that entries have closed, here are the seedings for the races this weekend.
I did not list Community Open or the JV races. The JV races will be packed to the brim with different teams and we do not enforce lanes in those JV races. The Community Open will be relatively small but will have overflow from team's JV, as well as unattached adult runners like coaches and parents.
Remember everyone who runs must have a chip and will get a time!
The ROC and Invitational seedings below may not be perfect, but they were made with a lot of reflection on times, head-to-head, hypothetical match-ups, course strength, FACA Rankings, your input, and other factors. I hope they are good. The Friday small school race turned out to be 1A only and the large school race is 2A-4A... that's the way the numbers dicated it. The Unseeded A and B were roughly bigger schools and smaller schools, but we had to do a little mixing and matching to balance out the numbers.
