Rafaella Gibbons won the 2013 Middle School Cross Country Championship, and is still dominating her distance competition, but this time on the track and field circuit. Gibbons leads all middle schoolers in the 1,600 (5:15.45) and 3000 meters (10:14.24). Her 3,000 mark set at the Embry Riddle Last Chance Classic is the fastest ever for a middle school girl in the state, and fourth fastest ever for a middle school girl nationally according to our database!
