Workout Wednesday: Olympian Duane "Bang" Solomon

2012 Olympian Duane "Bang" Solomon kicked off his 2014 outdoor campaign with a Mt. Sac record in the 800 meters. We caught up with Solomon a couple of weeks ago (at his training camp at the University of Central Florida) before he headed to the Bahamas for the World Relays. Watch the workout and see his thoughts going into that meet, what he had to say about  Coach Johnny Gray's American record of 1:42.60 and his plans to break that mark in the near future.
