Floridians showed out on day one with Nick Anderson kicking off the party and advancing in the 110m hurdles. Trayvon Bromell and Kendal Williams clocked the two fastest times in the 100m dash and will compete in the semi-finals and finals today. On the girl's side, top see Kaylin Whitney will look to go through the rounds and bring home her first ever world championship. Gabe Moore will continue his decathlon quest on day two of the meet. He currently sits in 12th place. Also advancing on day one is Jamal Walton (not pictured) who is competing for the US Virgin Islands.
