Five of the top six boys from the 2013 2A Cross Country Finals graduated leaving several guys looking for the championship. Gabriel Correa of Ransom Everglades was fifth last year and is the top returner with a time of 16:00.82. If Correa can win it all, he will join Bert Irigoyen (2011 and 2012) as well as Billy Convey (1980,1981,1982) in the line of Raider's champions. Joel Lacy and Urias Velasquez have run personal bests a hair off Correa's best. All three can go under 16 minutes. Others to watch out for include Zach Weaver a transfer from Tennessee who will run his senior year at Pasco High School, sophomores Caleb Portoff and Mason Jones, as well as Nic Jacobsen who was the 2A runner-up outdoors in the 3200m.
