10. Dean McGregor (Fort Myers High School - Sr.) - 15:35.88
McGregor was 29th at last year's Cross Country Finals, but don't let that fool you. 3A was loaded. The Fort Myers senior looks to follow in the footsteps other successful Green Wave like Ace Brown and Tyler Bennett. He posted his 15:35.88 at Appalachee Regional Park during the FSU/Pre-State Invitational. If he ran that at the state meet he would have finished 9th. After finishing 12th at the state meet in the 3200m, he didn't take much rest, just went back to work. He has put in a great deal of mileage this summer and is ready to prove people wrong.
