Track & Field Top 100: Boys 110mH - State Champions Thomas, Lingard Return

Two of the four state champions from 2016 return in 2017. 3A champion Damion Thomas, an LSU signee, and Lorenzo Lingard, (pictured above) the 4A state champion, and one of the top two-sport athletes in the country look for another chance at the top of the podium. Thomas, was undefeated in 2016 including wins at the Carifta Games, state meet, Flo Golden South, and in the  prelims at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships where he ran 13.48s.
