Last week, FloTrack traveled to Boulder, Colorado to shoot the upcoming FloFilm on Olympic bronze medalist Jenny Simpson. In three days, the FloTrack staff of Ryan Fenton, Tyler Gorrell (camera man), Tony Stolfa (camera man), and I captured in-depth interviews with Jenny, her husband Jason, her coaches Mark Wetmore and Heather Burroughs, her training partners Kara Goucher and Sara Sutherland, and members of her church.
Each interview focused on different aspects of Jenny Simpson as an athlete, friend, wife, and teammate. Throughout the trip, the FloTrack crew captured different aspects of Jenny's life to help tell the story of how she became one of the most impactful figures in American middle distance running. Here are some photos taken by Tony (@tonystolfa) to help illustrate some key moments from our time with Jenny.
