Nate Krah of Lakewood Ranch made his intentions known early last week. He will attend Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Krah has best times of 15:55 in cross country, 9:44 3200m on the track, and was a member of the Lakewood Ranch relay team that broke the 8-minute mark.
Samantha Jacobsen of River Ridge also made her decision this week. She will attend St. Thomas University in South Florida next year. Coach Melero is looking for some leadership from the spunky Pasco County native. Jacobsen has times of 19:14 (3Mile) and 20:12 (5k) for cross country and last year went 12:07 on the track for the 8 lapper.
