The Pine Crest girls went to the Arcadia Invitational last year and ended up running a US #2 and Florida state record 4x1600m time of 20:24.73. The Panthers enter this season with that entire squad returning and Gatorade's Florida Runner of the Year, Tsion Yared, leading the way.
The 2018 cross country season ended with some very fast finishes, and this track season we expect to see these speedy performances continue in the distance events.
We took a look at the top returning powerhouse distance squads from the 2018 season in the 1600m and 3200m distances to see who will be amongst the top in the state.
