The competition will be fierce in the FHSAA 4A classification. New classification assignments will bring new competition for the reigning 4A state champion, Alyssa Hendrix. Plant freshman, Mary Ellen Eudaly, along with East Lake senior, Parker Valby, George Jenkins junior, Alicia Ruiz, and Chiles' senior Caitlin Wilkey will all be joining Hendrix at the top -- and those are just a few names. There is no telling how these ladies have been training this past summer and who we will see emerge at the top.
We took a look at the top 500 returning girls from the 2018 state championship meet to give a glimpse at what we can expect this upcoming season.
