A crashing finish to the track for the top two competitors in the 4A boys 400 resulted in the top two times overall from the FHSAA State finals between US #3 ranked Markevus Jackson (46.99) of Osceola and US #4 ranked Sean Watkins (47.00) of St. Thomas Aquinas separated by thousandths of a  second. Montverde Academy's Weston Baptiste ran 47.00 earlier on Saturday too to win the 2A title in a similarly close race over Chaminade-Madonna's Torrie Cox (47.05). 

Boys results merge of all 4 classifications for the 2021 FHSAA State Track & Field Finals.
