Columba Effiong (IMG Academy) - Girls 100, 200
Columba Effiong has had a great stretch of races as of late including two wins in the first two Golden South Series meets with a 24.40 PR victory in the 200 at Series #1 hosted at Dunbar High then ran 11.99 for the win in the 100-meter dash into a headwind in Series #2 last weekend at East Lake High.
Effiong will be entered in both events this weekend as the top seed in the 100 with an 11.67 PR, while being the second-fastest seed in the 200.
