Albert Tawil-Brown couldn't break 17 minutes for a 5K last fall (17:14 season-best) while at Tampa Prep, but incredibly in a year's time finds himself running sub 16 minutes in cross country. In his first XC race ever at his new team at HB Plant, Tawil-Brown dropped an impressive new PR of 15:52 with an individual runner-up showing at the Babe Zaharias Twilight Challenge. One of 14 runners already in-state to go sub 16 minutes in this young season.
