One of the last major invitational style meets of the season will be held in Miami on Friday in the Junior Orange Bowl Invitational at Larry & Penny Thompson Park with the middle school session starting at 10 AM and high school session starting at 2:30 PM. flrunners.com will be on-site with coverage.

9:30am = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
10:00am = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners)
10:30am = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
11:00am = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
11:30am = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
12:00pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = Excessive Walking / 12:00 at 1 mile
No 8th graders allowed in JV races
10:30am = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
11:00am = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
