Winter Springs senior Caroline Wells impressively won all 3 distance races at the Seminole Athletic Conference Championships last week with a season-best time of 4:56 1600 before cruising to wins in the 800 (2:24) and 3200 (11:05). Wells had run a 2:12 800 PR just the week prior. The reigning 3A state champion for the 1600 and 3200 is the fastest for the 3A classification in the 1600 by 8 seconds and in the 3200 (10:10 SB) by 42 seconds.
