Brooke Hooper of Pine Crest and Emma Hencock of St. Brendan had a great battle for first place in last year's 1A/2A girls race on Friday at the Spanish River Invitational with Hooper ultimately winning by 3 seconds in 19:03. They will renew that rivalry again on Friday at South Regional Park.
Virtual meet projections for the Spanish River Invitational to be held Friday (1A/2A) and Saturday (3A/4A) at South Regional Park in Boca Raton.
Virtual meets are separated by classification for scoring for how results will be displayed at the meet as well as the combined classifications (1A/2A on Friday and 3A/4A on Saturday) since two classifications will be racing together each day of the meet.
