#10. Who will win the FHSAA 4A boys individual title?
When Brayden Seymour decided in August to move to California and run for Newbury Park, it created a power vacuum with the 4A boys classification on who would step up to be the top runner.
For the majority of the season, Emerson Miller of Buchholz has been that guy as the top 4A finisher at the FSU Pre-State Invitational and owns the fastest season best time among the group with a sub 15 run at the Asics Alexander Invitational, but do not be surprised to see a pack of handful together on the final straightaway this Saturday morning with him.
Matt Ryan of Nease actually beat Miller at Apalachee Regional Park in their 4A District 1 race two weeks ago and was a close runner-up to him this past weekend at the 4A Region 1 Meet in Gainesville. Hagerty's Jonathan Leon was right there with both of them entering the final straightaway at the regional meet.
Both Bernardo Barnhart of Palmetto Ridge and Alex Pena of Sunlake are coming off sizzling sub 15:20 runs in a battle at the 4A Region 2 Meet, while Cameron Raney of Viera is the top holdover from last year's state champion squad and won his first regional title last week at 4A Region 3.
