Western High School freshman Skyler Franklin clocked a pair of national leading and personal best performances in both the 400 (53.37) and 200 (23.81 wind-legal) at the Louie Bing Invitational in Miami this weekend. She won the 400 meter dash finals, but ended up finishing second in the 200 meter dash finals with an even faster time their prelims performance at 23.38 but wind-aided (+2.8 meters/second wind reading) behind Miami Southridge senior Cynteria James at 23.31.
The girls meet was equally as fast and star powered as the boys meet at the 2023 Louie Bing Invitational including four new national leading times on the track and countess other performances sliding athletes and relays firmly inside the top 10 in the country. Watch those races below.
