WATCH: FHSAA 1A Boys State Champion Winning Races

Cambridge Christian senior Braxton Legg won the 1A state cross country race this past fall but couldn't be declared the official state champion since he did not compete individually in the regional qualifier. He made up for that on Wednesday by officially being declared the state champion by the FHSAA in three races as anchor leg for Cambridge Christian's winning 4x800 meter relay in a FL #2 time of 7:51, while also securing first place individual state titles in the 1600 (4:14) and 3200 (9:28).
