Girls 100m Hurdles

This is a loaded field of entries with four girls under 14.00.  Jr. Aleesa Samuel of Someset Academy Pembrok Pines is your #1 seed.  She is Fl #1 and US #1 with a 13.12 this season. Sr. Brittany Jennings of Creekside is Fl #6 with a 13.83 and Sr. Kennedy Flynn of Bullis (MD) has run 13.56.  Flynn is a hurdles specialist and was 3rd last week at the FSU Relays in 13.83.  She is a University. of South Carolina commit.  The other girl under 14.00 is Atlantic HS Sr. Thalia Waters.  Waters has run 13.95.

Another girl to watch for is Sr. Arayana Ladson of Woodlawn (MD) 14.28  Ladson is a Florida A&M commit and was 5th in the NIN 60mH in 8.97.  She is the MD MPSAA State Champion in the 100 (11.87) and the 200 (24.40).
