Miller, headed to the University of Georgia next fall, burst onto the National and International scene this year with a 9.93 100m that he ran in the finals of the PURE Athletics Sprint Elite Meet May 11. It was the fastest time in the World for the 100m at that time. He opted not to compete in the FHSAA Series to continue his training and to have a light competitive schedule leading up to the Olympic trials. He hopes to qualify for the Olympic team at the T&F trials this week. Last weekend he competed at the NBNO and in the 100m semis ran a 9.95. He did not run in the finals.
