Oak Ridge HS 1st Spanish River XC Invitational, 42nd Annual 15:31.30. Santos-Gonzales was 34th in the 4A state meet last year. He is having a breakout Sr. season with wins at Ocoee (16:49.06) and Spanish River (15:31.30) sandwiching a 2nd place finish at the West Orange Invitational (16:31.70).
Sr. Gino Palazzolo
Buchholz HS 2nd Kate Caples Invitational 15:35.46. 10th in the 4A state meet last year (15:45.10), Palazzolo is starting to return to his conditioning of last spring on the track when he ran a 9:05.53 3200m and a 4:22.70 1600m at RunningLane. He opened with a 16:16.70 in a 19th place finish at the Florida Horse Park Invitational and was 2nd at Kate Caples in 15:35.46.
