Thank you for registering to run in the 25th FLRUNNER.COM INVITATIONAL. Here are the Varsity race assignments for this Friday and Saturday, October 4th and 5th, at Holloway Park in Lakeland.
Pick up your team packet with the runner's bibs and chips at the designated registration area. Please note the scheduled time of your teams assigned races and have your runners arrive 15 minutes early for run-outs and instructions at the starting line. There are no assigned starting blocked areas. They are on a first-come basis.
In Friday's high school races, teams can put an unlimited runners on the starting line. For Saturdays varsity high school races (ROC, JBI, and unseeded), teams are only allowed to put a maximum of 10 runners on the starting line. Teams can put unlimited runners on the starting line for the Saturday JV races.
No declaration is needed for who on your team is running varsity or JV, simply make sure they are wearing the correctly assigned bibs in the team packet. This year's meet and timing is using disposable chips embedded in the bibs, so athletes must be wearing their bibs in order to get a time and the chip read.
There are no team assignments for Saturday's JV races. If you have JV runners for Saturday, simply put them on the starting line wearing their correctly assigned bibs.
Friday and Saturday's Varsity Races will be streamed live on MileSplit. Watch for the Race previews later in the week.
