The FLYRA Middle School State meet is in two weeks. Who has the most improved 3000m for returning Middle School girls? It's not a ranking of who has the fastest time, but of who has the biggest improvement from the 2023 season through October 12th of the 2024 season. Some 8th-grade girls competed in the 3000m last season and are running varsity and have not run a 3000m so far this season.
