Elizabeth Dowdy Wins her 4th Straight 1A Pole Vault Title!

Congratulations to Elizabeth Dowdy of the Maclay School, and Auburn commit, for winning her 4th Straight 1A Pole Vault Title! An athlete rarely wins four straight titles in an event at the State championships. Along the way, she set a state freshman record, and this year she was the top vaulter across all divisions, setting an all-time Florida state record of 4.05 at the Pepsi Florida Relays. AND, this year in the chaos of the 3A-1A championships,

she managed a 5th place in the girls 100mH with a 15.09,

and led off the Maclay girls winning 4x100m relay.
