2010 Elite Duathlete of the Year and former Delray Beach Atlantic star Sean Jefferson is at it again. Recently, Jefferson won the Mercedes Benz 5K. He went out in a time of 4:38 but managed to get the win in 19:04. USA Triathlon announced today that Sean Jefferson earned 2010 Elite Duathlete of the Year accolades. Jefferson is one of the greatest high school distance runners in the history of Florida. He and his twin brother John were part of the Delray Beach Atlantic team that dominated in 2000 and 2001.
