Marvin Bracy won the Dream 100 in 10.47 and Octavious Freeman battled the wind to win in 11.78. Bracy had this to say via text messge after the race, "The conditions sucked, but I was able to pull out a win. I ran 10.47 into a -3.0 headwind. Kermit got 4th and isn't too happy bout that. I love New York. I think I'm going to buy myself a t-shirt."
Meanwhile in the distance races, while no Floridians, Lukas Verzbicas of Illinois makes himself one of the all-time legends by becoming the fourth high school ever to break 4 minutes with a 3:59.71 victory. Our national team was on-site in New York and we have full results, editorial, video, and photo coverage of the Dream 100 and Dream Mile.
