Ocala Vanguard distance star, Kelly Parrish, regretfully has decided to withdraw from the remainder of the season including the state series.
The senior ends her record-setting high school career with PRs of 17:13.69 5K, 10:19.13 3200m, 4:49.95 1600m, and 2:11.55 800m.
Parrish, through Coach James Travieso, said she would like to wish good luck to those competing in the state meet and to thank the Florida running community for their support over the years and also her competitors over the years who have helped to make her the best she can be.
Kelly looks forward to a bright future at the University of Tennessee this fall.
