4:15pm- JV race (combined Boys and Girls)
5:00 pm- Girls Race
5:35pm- Boys Race
6:15pm- Awards
Entry
Online Entry must be done by SUNDAY, October 24, 2011 by 7:00 pm. Website for online entries is

Awards
Ribbons to the top 10 will be presented at the conclusion of the boys race. Athletes 11 and following will be
given a participation ribbon as they exit the shoot. Trophies will be presented to the Boys and Girls team
champions. Per Metro policy, place winners in the Metro Championship are not automatically on the All Metro
Team, these will be voted on by the coaches,
Admissions
Spectators will be admitted free
Entry fee
Entry fee will be $60 per school to cover the cost of data entry, timing and results
Parking
All spectator/car parking will take place in the main parking lot off of Beulah Road.
All bus parking will be in the bus loop off of Warrior road on the south end of the campus, near the start/ finish
line.

* You can enter up to 10 athletes, all of which can run, the top 7 will earn places with the top 5
scoring for your team.
* Entries will not be accepted by phone, fax or email.
