After Field Events Running Events / Regular order of events
Seeded Heats / Fast Heat Last / No pre-lims

However all Roster Lists and Entries for this meet must be done on flrunners.com.

ENTRY FEE: $80 per school payable to: St. John Neumann HS
$50 per single gender team / $5 per individual
AWARDS: Top 2 Teams and Top 8 places in each event
ENTRY: Please limit your entries to 6 per event (only 4 can score/awards)
A and B relay teams allowed (only 1 scores)
TIMING/SCORING: Electronic FinishLynx and Hytek
NOTES: We will score 8 places for this meet
There will be a Field Athlete 4 X 100
Results will be posted on flrunners.com
3 attempts in LJ/TJ/Shot/Disc
All events are finals No pre-lims
All events will be in seeded Heats or Flights
Spikes are allowed 8-lane rubber track and runways
Please have a coach available to help run field events
DIRECTIONS: I-75 to Exit 105 Go East on Golden Gate Pkwy
Go 1 mile to the next light past Santa Barbara Blvd- Turn Right onto 53rd St SW
Turn Left on 30th Ave SW Enter parking lot on Right
