6:30 AM Gates Open, Course Preview Begins
7:30 AM Coaches Meeting
8:00 AM Girls Varsity
8:30 AM Boys Varsity
9:10 AM Girls JV followed by Boys JV
Location & CourseNewsome High School, 16550 Fishhawk Blvd, Lithia, FL 33547. The 5K course will begin and end on the field outside the football/track stadium. The 2 loop course will be varied terrain including dirt, grass, trails and .1% pavement.
Entry Fee: $60 per school or $35 per team. There is no charge for JV teams IF Varsity teams are entered. 10 runners can be entered for the Varsity-Only top 7 will score. Make check payable to Newsome High School.
REGISTRATION: Meet registration is on flrunners.com
AWARDS:
Varsity: Team awards for Champion and runner-up teams
JV: Ist place trophy for Boys and Girls Champion.
Individual Awards: Ribbons to the top 20 boys and girls in each race.
Concessions: Our concession stand will be open for drinks and light snacks.
Parking: $2:00 per vehicle.
