8:00 am Varsity Boys 5k
8:30 am Varsity Girls 5k
9:00 am JV Boys 5k
9:30am JV Girls 5k
10:00am Awards Ceremony
Runners who do not finish their race within 30 minutes will be pulled from the course prior to the start of the next race.
COURSE: On grass and partial sidewalks up to spikes or racing flats recommended.

ENTRY INFORMATION:
All entries must be submitted through Flrunners.com. No fax or phone entries will be accepted, except unattached entries for college race. RSVP by August 1, 2012 if you have intentions on attending with Coach Griffiths.
UNATTACHED ENTRIES: NO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES WILL BE ALLOWED IN COLLEGE RACES.
If you are interested in running unattached, please fax the following information (name, email address, phone number, event PR) to: Damon Griffiths at 305-284-2061.
Faxes must reach us no later than Friday, August 31, 2012 at 12:00pm.
Late entries will not be accepted!
ENTRY FEE:
High School/University/College - $50.00 maximum per team of 5 or more (PER GENDER)
Individual - $10.00 entry fee for all individual in collegiate divisions.
ENTRY DEADLINE IS FRIDAY AUGUST 31, 2012 AT 12:00 PM

Payment can be made at packet pick-up. NO REFUNDS!
AWARDS: Awards will be given to:
Top two teams in the High School Varsity sections (both girls and boys)
Top 15 in Varsity/ JV races (both girls and boys)
Top team in the Collegiate sections (both women and men)
University/College Women Top 15 University/College Men Top 15
COURSE INSPECTION/WARMUP:
The course will be open for warm-ups beginning September 7th at 12:00 pm.
Course maps will be available at packet pick-up starting at 7:00 am. They will also be
available on line at www.hurricanesports.com the week prior to the meet.
DRESSING FACILITIES:
There are NO dressing or shower facilities available at the course. Bathrooms are provided.
