NOTE: THIS MEET IS A CHAMPIONSHIP MEET FOR DCPS GATEWAY CONFERENCE MEMBERS ONLY.

Location: Florida State College North Campus (FCCJ North) @ 4501 Capper Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218

Schedule:
1:40 PM: FSCJ North Opened for teams
2:20 PM: Coaches Meeting in front of main building
3:00 PM: JV Girls Race
3:40 PM: JV Boys Race
4:00 PM: Boys Varsity Race
4:25 PM: Girls Varsity Race
Following completion of Girls Race: Awards Ceremony in front of Main Building
Team Fees: $50 per school, to cover meet and course management fees.
Please make out all checks to Mandarin High School Athletics.
All teams must submit athletes names on FLRUNNERS.COM. The deadline for submission is Thursday, October 11, 2012 @11:59 PM
In accordance with FHSAA rules change for non State Series Meets, teams will be allowed to enter up to 10 runners in the varsity race.
Please verify spelling of athletes names as this list will be used for all-conference listings.
DEADLINE for entries is THURSDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2012.
First Place Sports will be timing the meet. Coaches will be responsible for returning timing chips. Schools will be assessed a $20 fee for each chip not returned after the meet
Entrance Fees: Parking and entrance fees will be $10 per vehicle and will be collected at parking entrance.
Coaches/teachers/administration and buses will be exempt with school ID.

Team Awards Presented by DCPS Athletic Director
Medals for top 3 finishers, ribbons for top 20.
Top 8 athletes earn all-conference honors
Junior Varsity:
Team Awards for Boy and Girl Team Champions
Ribbons for top 20 finishers
