Open to all middle school kids and teams.
May enter 4th thru 8th graders in the middle school race.

Lower Grades Elementary Race, is open to all elementary school kids, 1st thru 3rd garde.

Race Distance for middle school will be either 2 miles or 3 K. We have to make a change to last year's 2 mile course due to park changes and may change the distance to 3K.

Race Schedule:
4:30pm Elementary Mile, combined genders
5:00pm MS Girls
5:30pm MS Boys

Awards:
Teams: 1st Place Trophy to Girls Team, MS only
1st Place Trophy to Boys Team, MS only
Individuals: Medals to Top 5 MS girls
Medals to Top 5 MS boys
Ribbons to Top 3 elementary girls
Ribbons to Top 3 elementary boys

Parking: There is a $2.00 park fee per car.

Qualification Requirements for Teams and Individuals for the FL MS XC CHAMPIONSHIP on Nov. 3rd in Lakeland, FL
Top 25% of Finishing Teams, and Top 10% of Finishing Individuals qualify. Teams numbers will not be rounded up.

Team Results for the meet: Results will be calculated based on all entries regardless of status of team. I.E. Scholastic Team* or Mixed Club Team.*

Mixed Club Team: will be defined as a team of runners who go to different schools but have come together to form a team
Scholastic Team: all the runners on the team go to the same school. (Private, public, charter, or homeschool) They can run under their school name or they can use another name. We allow a name change because some county school districts do not allow teams to use the school name outside of the county.

Determining which teams qualified for the ms champsionship meet: mixed club teams will be taken out of the results and team results recalculated with only scholastic teams. Top 25% of school based teams

Individual Qualifiers: Top 10% of finishers will be considered qualified regardless of team affiliation. Initial results will be used.
