Schedule of events:

4:00 pm: Coaches meeting
4:30 pm: Girls Triple Jump, followed by boys TJ
4:30 pm: Boys Long Jump, followed by girls LJ
4:30 pm: Girls Pole Vault, followed by boys PV
4:30 pm. Boys High Jump, followed by girls HJ
4:30 pm. Girls Shot Put, followed by boys SP
4:30 pm. Boys Discus, followed by girls Discus

All running events run girls, followed by boys;

4:30 pm.
4 x800 g/b
Unseeded 1600 (no times recorded, clock will be running)
100/110 H g/b
100 g/b
1600 g/b
Unseeded 3200 (no times recorded, clock will be running)
4 x 100 g/b (slow heat to fast heat)
400 g/b
300H g/b
800 g/b
200 g/b
3200 g/b
4 x 400 g/b (slow heat to fast heat)

DO NOT Enter athletes in the girls 1600 unless they run under 6:00 or boys that can run under 5:00. DO NOT ENTER athletes in the girls 3200 unless they can run under 13:00 or boys that can run under 11:00.
Please put them in the unseeded races and do not enter them online!

Cost 50.00 per team or 80.00 per school. 4 athletes per event, No finals, Please use legit times and distances when entering athletes!!
