STARTED HEIGHTS: High Jump & Pole Vault will be given at the coaches meeting.
MINIMUM DISTANCES: In the horizontal jumps and the throwing events flights will be best to worst. (The 1st flight will have all 3 attempts recorded. The other flights will get 3 attempts with 1st mark guaranteed and then only an additional mark if they break into the top 8). Pole Vault & High Jump will both have minimum distance. Based on the number of entries we will choose an opening height at a minimum of:
Girls High Jump 4'4"
Boys High Jump 5'4"
Girls Pole Vault 6'6"
Boys High Jump 9'0"
**these are minimum heights, they may be higher based the number of entries
FIELD EVENT JUDGES: To help move the meet, we are looking for coaches from other schools to help judge shot put, high jump, long jump and triple jump. Our volunteers will be assisting at the finish line to help keep the flow of the meet. We appreciate any help your coaches can give.
Exchange Zone Judges: We will need 12 coaches, 1 per school, to help with exchange zones for 4x100. We need 6 coaches for the girls and 6 coaches for the boys 4x100.
Jury of Appeals: We need 5 representatives to volunteer to serve as the jury of appeals.

$150 per school($80 per team). $10 per individual
Payments : Entry Fees due Monday March 25, 2013
At 2:35 under the scored board The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will have a meeting led by Bob White from Teens for Christ. All Athletes and Coaches are invited to Attend.
