FHSAA 4A DISTRICT 7 TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Newsome High School is hosting the FHSAA 4A District 7 meet at Spoto High School, 8538 Eagle Palm Drive, Riverview, FL 33578 on Wednesday, April 17th, 2013. Teams competing are: Bloomingdale, Manatee, Newsome, North Port, Riverview (Riverview), Riverview (Sarasota)
ENTRY LIMITS: All entries must be completed online using the flrunners.com registration system by Monday, April 15th at 11:59am. 4 athletes per event limit and I relay team per event.
ADMISSION: $6:00 per spectator
NOTES:
Must use 1/8 pyramid spikes or smaller.
No Tape should be used on the track.
Finish Lynx fully automatic timing will be used for all races.
In all field events (except HJ & PV) there will be 3 attempts The top 8 will get 3 more attempts in reverse order.
High Jump and Pole Vault will start at the lowest entry.
There will be concessions throughout the evening.
11:00 AM: Implements weigh-in Behind the bleachers on the press box side.
11:00 AM: Coaches Meeting in front of the press box.
12:00 PM: 4x800 M Relay Final

WARM-UP AREA Grass and fields- Stay out of School.
ATHLETES to check-in at by start of 100 meters.
RESULTS will be posted on the PRESS BOX and FINALIST will also be announced.
NO COACHES on the infield unless officiating an event.
NO ATHLETES on the infield unless participating in an event.
RUNNERS must check-in and receive their instructions at least 10 minutes before the start of the event.
RELAY CARDS Turn in to the clerk at the Staging Tent.
AWARDS will be available for pick up in the press box at the conclusion of the competition. Team Awards will be presented on the infield at the conclusion of the 4x400 meters.
Please bring your own measuring tape and clipboards for the field events. We will have the score sheets.
