North Florida-River City Invitational
Date: February 23, 2013
Location: Mandarin High School
Closed Meet: The following teams will be participating: Mandarin, Bartram Trail, Bishop Kenny, Creekside, Ponte Vedra
Entry Fees: $100 per team or $60 per gender to offset costs of timing. Checks made out to Mandarin High School Athletics. You may bring the checks on event day
Timing by Halfmiletiming
Awards: Top three places will receive ribbons. Championship trophy for boys and Girls teams (annual rotation of trophy)
Teams: Mandarin High School, Bishop Kenny High School, Bartram Trail High School, Creekside High School, Ponte Vedra High School
Schedule:
Coaches Meeting: 9:30AM
10:00AM: Field events (prelims followed by finals)
10:30AM: 4x800m finals
11:00PM: B Race events (100m, 1600m, 400m)
1:00PM: Prelims (110/110 Hurdles; 100m; 200m; 400m: 300m IH)
Finals begin 45 minutes after last prelim heat
We will have B events as well as prelims and finals. Please limit athletes to 8 per event (with the exception of the B races) so that we can work this as efficiently as possible. For the distance events, consider running developmental athletes in the B races and only entering your top athletes in the elite final events. You may enter two relay teams for the relay events.
Athletes should be entered for all events on flrunners.com. Please enter athletes by Wednesday, 2/20/2013.
We will need assistance from all coaches for monitoring field events.
