COURSE
Beautiful cross country course of grass around the softball complex and trail through shady Sanlando Park (1 narrow strip of asphalt and 1 concrete sidewalk). Running spikes allowed.
2K RACE: Mostly grass, with approx. 300m of trail and 2x2m of sidewalk.
3K RACE: Mostly shaded trail, with approx. 800m of grass, 8m of asphalt and 2m of sidewalk.
4K RACE: Mostly shaded trail, with approx. 800m of grass, 2x8m of asphalt and 2m of sidewalk.
5K RACE: Mostly shaded trail, with approx. 1600m of grass, 2x8m of asphalt and 2x2m of sidewalk.
