Meet Information
Episcopal Invitational Thursday, March 20
Due to our small facility, we need to limit entries as follows: Bolles and Episcopal will have unlimited entry, but all other teams may only have two entries per event (sorry!). There will be no B races.
Meet entry is via flrunners.com, due by 11:59pm on March 17.
Entry Fees: $40 per single gender team, $60 for combined team.
Checks are payable to "Episcopal School of Jacksonville" and are due at the Coaches Meeting before the start of the meet. You may also mail them to:

No team scores. Awards for the top 8 places. Track and runways are rubberized and only pyramid spikes no longer than 1/4 inch are allowed. Three throws/jumps in the field events, with one more attempt given to anyone who exceeds the bonus distances determined at the venue (typically top 3).
Schedule of Events
3:00 - Coaches Meeting on the infield
3:30 - 4x800 relay. Field Events: Girls Pole Vault, followed by boys; Girls Long Jump, followed by boys; bHJ, then girls; gSP then boys; bDT then girls; gTJ then boys.
4:30 - Running Events (girls, then boys).
Order: 100H/110H, 100, 1600, 4x100R, 400, 300H, 800, 200, 3200, 4x400R.
