GENERAL
Please click here review the attached map of the NTC Campus for athlete drop off, car and bus parking, packet pick up, Team camp, and course entrance information. There is also youth soccer and gymnastics going on at the same time as our meet so do not park in the blacked out areas on the map!
Team camps will be on field 4 (see map). This is in the center of the first 500 yards of the course so DO NOT bring Frisbees, soccer balls, footballs, etc. to play with at your camp. Garbage bags will be provided for you to police your area before you leave.
Packet pick up will be in front of the restroom building. You will return your chips to the same area before you leave.
The ONLY entrance to the track, where the finish area will be, is the gate directly behind packet pick up. It will be roped off so that everyone will walk along the fence to the asphalt road before they walk down to the track. Walking straight down the hill is not allowed.
WE WILL NOT BE CHARGING ADMISSION!
There will be Gatorade and bottled water available for purchase in the finish area.
Awards ceremony will be immediately after the JV race at the finish line for the top 25 Varsity Girls and Boys and Varsity Team Champion and Team Runner-up. JV awards will follow the varsity awards.
There will be a trainer at the finish line and one trailing the runners.
There is bleacher seating along the finish line straight away.
COURSE

The course is 5k. It is composed of grass, dirt, and sand. There is no asphalt nor do they cross asphalt at any point in the race. It is a non-repeat course with up hills, down hills and a variety of turns causing the runners to change their pace. The running path is 12 wide.
It will be well marked with cones and directional arrows. There are 1, 2, and 3 mile signs.
NO COACHES, SPECTATORS, ETC. ARE ALLOWED IN THE WILDERNESS AREA. The course path is the only area mowed. The rest is waist high or higher grass and is not safe to walk or run through.
You can stand on the top of the hill and watch the entire race without having to move!

Come run the most unique course in Florida. The new course at the NTC is a 5K, all grass, non-repeat, and laser-graded course, built specifically for High School Cross Country. It is a combination of rolling up and downs in a natural setting. Spectators have an unobstructed view of the entire race without moving!
ENTRY FEE: $125.00 per school-both genders to include JV.
$75.00 per single gender.
$10.00 per individual athlete if not on a Team.
