7:45 am Coaches meeting
8:00 Boys High Jump and Boys Pole Vault girls to follow
8:30 am 4x800 relay (girls/boys)
Long Jump (boys/girls)
Triple Jump (girls/boys)
Girls and Boys Shot Put and Discus will change when
event is complete.
10 AM consolation 1600 -this race is for those athletes that did not make the final cuts in the distance races. There will be a clock but the times will not be recorded.
FINALS:
11:15 am 100/110 HH, 100 MTR, 1600 MTR (top 60), 4x100
400, 300H, 800 MTR, 200, 3200 (top 30) MTR, 4x400
