ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY MIDNIGHT APRIL 15, 2015
EQUIPMENT: LMHS track requires that you wear 1/8" spikes. 1/4" spikes will not be allowed. All spikes must be approved and tagged by the meet official at the equipment table prior to athlete competing. Plan to have spikes approved & tagged at least 1-hr ahead of event start time.
1/8 spikes will be available for purchase at the track

ENTRY LIMITS: MIDDLE SCHOOL (6th-8th Grade)
Each school is allowed to enter 4 athletes per event.
Each school may enter only one relay team. Individuals currently attending middle school who do not run for their middle school may also compete.

How to Qualify:
You may qualify through one of two ways....
Hit a Qualifying Standard - We will recognize ANY meet as a qualifier this year as long as they have a fully-automatic timing (professional service preferred), use Hytek or RaceTab software for meet management, and get meet results to flrunners.com in a timely fashion. This is different from past years where we only recognized certain meets as qualifiers.
Finish Top Two at a Regional Championship - The meets that are recognized as regional championships have the added benefit that if you finish first or second in the event at your middle school regional meet you automatically move on, regardless of if you hit the qualifying time/mark or not. Regional championship meets will say "FLYRA" in the name of the meet, so don't be fooled.
