State Entry List (SEL) DUE: March 30th 2015
Entries DUE on Flrunners: Saturday April 11th by 6pm
Coaches Meeting/Scratches: 11:30am (@ finishline)
Official Start Time: 12:00pm 4x800m relays, Field Events: 12:30pm
Weigh-In: 11:00am 12:00pm shots/discs will be kept and delivered to site by Meet Referee
Prelims: 2:00pm
Finals: 5:00pm OR 45 minutes after the conclusion of prelims
Entrance Fee: $6.00 please inform parents/spectators
Entrance for Coaches/athletes: Athletes must wear jerseys to enter, coaches will receive bracelet.
Timing/Scoring: Athletic Scoring Providers
Parking: Please off-load athletes in the rear of the school and park buses in the rear of the school on grass

Hospitality:
Coaches you will have food. No questions about that. Served in Track Shack @ lunch & dinner times.
Concessions:
Yes, we will have pizza, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, fries, drinks, water, candy
Uniforms:
I believe weve all had plenty of time to gather our uniforms, all relay teams must be identical
All athletes will need to wear their school-issued jersey top & bottom while performing.
Jewelry:
Remember athletes cannot wear jewelry, rings, bracelets, rubberbands, etc.
Infield:
Coaches & athletes- during the running prelims and finals- we ask you stay off of the infield area, yes hurdles may warm up.
I want all coaches to prepare themselves for the regional and state meets by staying off the infield during our district. So no running around the field and yelling times, you may do that from outside the fence. We will postpone the meet until coaches / athletes abide by such instructions if there are infractions.
