Meet Information
PARKING:
Buses:
Teams with buses arriving after 8am and prior to 2pm, will be directedto turn at the light on SR-
100 onto Bulldog Drive (east of the high school) and follow down to the east gate (which will be
opened). There they can unload their teams at the east side gate next to the visitors side of the
stadium. Teams can then make their way to the regular ticket gate to pick up their packets with
wristband passes for coaches and athletes. After unloading, the buses will then be directed to
park in an overflow grass lot further down Bulldog Drive (specifically for event parking). There
will be parking attendants.
Following the end of school (after 2:15pm) bus drivers may relocate to 800-Gym Parking lot. To
access this lot: Proceed west on SR-100 beyond the MAIN entrance to FPC. This entrance/road is
located beyond (west)of the Flagler Auditorium and is called Transportation Way. Turn right
and continue towards the 800-Gym (blue roof) parking lot (turn right) into this lot, it is marked
for bus parking. This parking lot is adjacent to the west side of the stadium and will closer for
teams departing.
Team Vans and Parents:
PARK in the *800-Gym (blue roof) Parking lot. Proceed west on SR-100 beyond: Bulldog Drive
(light), beyond the MAIN entrance to FPC and the Flagler Auditorium. Turn right onto
Transportation Way. The van/spectator parking entrance is located beyond the Phoenix
Academy and the Maintenance Department and behind the Flagler Auditorium. Look for the
800-Gym (big blue roof).You will be directed where to park once inside. This parking lot is just
west of and a easy walking distance to the stadium.
PLEASE arrive after 8:00am and instruct your parents they CAN come and go, but CANNOT leave
between 1:45pm and 2:15pm, when we dismiss from school.
Other Important Items:
PACKET PICK-UP:
o Each team (boys and girls) will have a packet available outside the MAIN Ticket Gate.
o Coaches will be responsible for arranging to give BLUE wristbands to ATHLETES AND
Inside each packet will be BLUE wristbands for each athlete and coach. (in lieu of #s).
We will provide 4x coaches wristbands, if you need more please email Coach Halliday
by Wednesday. These wristbands will allow coaches and athletes to leave and re-
enter the stadium as well as enter event areas, including the Pole Vault. ALL the
FHSAA officials are aware of these BLUE wristbands, and no athletes will be DQed.
COACHES arriving later in the day.
Admission is $7.00/person per FHSAA rules. Parents and spectators will receive a RED
wristband so that they can re-enter the stadium. RED wristbands will NOT be allowed inside
the track or at the pole vault. Please make your parents aware.
Teamcamps/tents: may set up in the back Warm-Upfield OR in the Visitors (east) Stands.
Garbage bags will be supplied at the coaches meeting.
Warm-Up Area: PLEASE inform your athletes that the warm-up area will be in the backfield.
There will be NO WARM-UPS allowed on the track.
NO Athletes will be allowed on the FPC main campus while school is in session. If any athletes
are found on campus they will face disqualification.
Relay Cards MUST be filled out and turned in to the clerk at check-in.
Inclement Weather Policy:
o We plan to run the entire meet on Thursday. There will be prelims and finals.
o Finals could get moved up earlier than 6pmor postponed beyond 6pm
o If we have a lightning delay, teams and fans can:
o If weather looks unavoidableor lasting an extenuating amount of time the rain day
o If weather is deemed so significant as to possibly wash out Thursday, the ENTIRE 4A-
Seek shelter inside the 800-Gym (big blue roof) OR
Return to their buses
will be Friday, April 24th
Region-1 Meet will be moved to Friday, April 24th. Notice to schools will be sent by
Wednesday evening in this event.
