Fleet Feet Sports Sarasota will be one of the vendors set up at the meet. They are bringing all of their cross country racing flats and spikes so be sure to bring money!
SCHEDULE:
7:00 a.m. - registration & packet pick up opens *
7:50 a.m. - 5K registration & packet pick up closes *
8:00 a.m. - start of chip timed 5K
9:15 a.m. - start of 1K fun run/walk (untimed/scored)
9:15 a.m. - 5K finish line closes/timing ends
10:00 a.m. - awards
ENTRY FEES:
$190 per team or $120 per gender which includes an event t-shirt for each runner on your team!
Or if you do not wish to have shirts for your entire team: $120 per team or $85 per gender. If you need an invoice for your bookkeeper, please print this page and/or print the invoice from your team entry page for this meet. All payments must be received PRIOR to race day in order to participate.

IMPORTANT:
*Race day packet pick up: Team packets will be available at a separate table at registration. All bib numbers, pins, shirts, and goody bags will be in one big team packet that must be picked up by the coach. Individual runners who are registered as part of a team will not be able to pick up their individual bibs/packets.

-Coaches, just a reminder that if your entry fee payment will not reach MHS by Thursday, September 3, 2015, then please plan to hand deliver payment on race day in order to pick up team packets. We are only able to allow teams who have paid to run in the meet.

Please print your own copies of the course map if you wish. Copies will not be provided at the meet.

You will be charged a minimum of $50 or for larger teams, the actual cost that we were charged for the chips which are non-refundable. If you plan to run in this race, coaches, please have payments in before race day. If you do not plan to race, please remove your entries and/or contact me prior to Sept. 1 or you will be charged the chip fee that we get charged. Thank you.
