Deja Vu Classic 2002

Ah! The memories! Many of us still remember the days of the State Cross Country Championship at FCCJ in Jacksonville (this past graduating class was the last to run state there). What many wouldn't give to have another chance to run there....well now there is a chance!

Coach Nowicki at Wolfson has put together a boys race back on the old state course (almost identical). The race is classified as a fun get-together of friends to celebrate running and the memories at the old course.

The meet packs a powerful punch of competition with many of the top ten boys teams in the state; however, it is a closed meet and is not open to additional entries. The meet is likely a one shot deal or perhaps every few years.

Race Schedule:	8:00am Freshman Race 8:30am Junior Varsity 9:00am Varsity *NOTE* A full JV team (7 members) must be entered before any freshman can be entered. No limits on numbers in the JV and Freshmen races.
Awards	Freshman Race - Scored, w/no awards. JV Race - Team Championship Plaque, Ribbons 1-20 Varsity - Team Champion & Runner-up Plaques, Medals 1-20, T-Shirts 1-20, Team Champion T-Shirts.
Scoring:	The same Champion-Chip system that will be used at the 2002 State Championship and Pre-State meets will be used. There wil be no displacement in the JV and Freshman races.
Participating Teams:	Chiles, Flagler Palm Coast, Bishop Kenny, Ocala Vanguard, Columbia, Tampa Jesuit, Ridgeview, Bartram Trail, Pensacola Washington, Winter Park, Wolfson. Possibly: Gulliver Prep and Miami Belen Jesuit.
